ECAT Urges Fundamental Modification of OMB's Application of Buy American Rules to sub-Federal EntitiesBelow is a link to ECAT's comments on OMB's extension of the section 1605 Buy American provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to sub-Federal entities.
