ECAT Joins Business Letter on China's Indigenous Innovation Policy
On January 26, 2010, ECAT along with other business associations sent the attached letter to key members of the cabinet urging that the Administration make China’s efforts to limit access of U.S. firms through its “indigenous innovation” policies a strategic priority in the United States’ economic relationship with China.
